We were relocating out of province and had an aggressive timeline for the sale of our home. The Wiebe group mobilized some amazing talent to help us prep the house for sale and referred us to a realtor in BC. Their frequent communication and pricing strategy resulted in a quick sale and a good price in a challenging market. We wish that was where our story ended. The day before closing, our sale went from intense to unreal when we were notified that the sale would not go through as planned for various reasons. We cannot imagine getting through the sale with anyone but Jack, Judy, and Matthew. Jack was our rock! He kept us calm and worked with us to keep the deal moving forward. After 3 weeks, multiple extensions and an emotional roller coaster ride the deal closed! This is the third time we have worked the Wiebe group and if we move back to Alberta, we will do so again.
